Double room to rent in excellent condition in a nice well maintain house in a nice quite location area of Crayford. Not to far from Crayford town centre, Bexleyhealth town centre, Erith town centre, Dartford town centre. Also Slade green, Barnhurst Erith, Dartford and Bexleyheath train stations available for travel into London main city.

Local bus stops available which takes you straight to Lewisham, Erith, Dartford and Blue water town centre. Also to Darren valley hospital.

Room comes fully furnished with double bed and you will have use of a nice, well maintained garden. Looking for someone who works locally. Would suit responsible lady (perhaps student nurse or nurse working to and from Darren valley hospital) who likes ones own space of quietness when relaxing away from work in a quite residential road - non smoker from the age of 25 to early 40s upwards.

Looking for person who isn't going to bring anybody to my home just for the person who is renting the room only. This is what I want!! If this isn't you this room wouldn't be suitable for you so please do not contact me as my home is of a medium size house to share with owner. Would prefer a female lodger as I've had experiences with female lodgers in the past, but also open to having a male if it's the right person.
