- Sole use of Large Room centrally heated with 1 double bed, large Ikea wardrobe, chest of drawers, table. Light & airy room with very big windows overlooking Waterside gardens DA1 4JD. The flat is on the 2nd floor above shops. There is No lift.
Shared use of fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine (pay per use) tumble dryer. microwave, Fridge, Freezer, TV, breakfast bar , utensils etc. Shared Bathroom has over bath shower.
There is no living room.
This is ideal for a worker who wants a quite mature setting and household . 2 guys and 1 female -resident landlord, we all get a long but do not party or play loud music. 2 lodgers work nights @ Amazon in Dartford.
No overnight guests.
Free wifi and all Bills are included for sensible use ,and you must be aware of the high cost of electric and gas and use accordingly, so no fires or fans allowed in your room & you are expected to clean the bath and kitchen area after yourself. We currently have a cleaning rota you will clean all common areas once a month
Smoking on balcony only.
Close to shops & Aldi & Sainsbury supermarkets, library and 2 gyms. Lots of places to eat and socialise within a few minutes walk, 10 -15mins to Dartford and Bexleyheath by bus.
