In Crockenhill Village, which is a lovely peaceful area in Swanley kent. The garden has the outlook of paddocks and is very attractive. I have a Wonderful double room with fitted Wardrobes and use of your own bathroom.
Private off road parking, 7 mins walk to Swanley station which goes into Victoria in about 25mins.
Bluewater shopping centre is a 15min drive away.
I do have a small dog, but he comes to work with me every day so is no pest.
Non-smoker perferred but not a deal breaker.
The rent will include your share of the council tax, gas and electric.
I am looking for a professional person to share with, must be of a easy going nature and clean as well as tidy.
The living room is large and comfortable with large television althou there is a aerial point in the bedroom should you wish to set your own television up.
