Double Bedroom with private lounge and en-suite

Hello, my names Jens :) I’m looking for a friendly housemate in my cottage. The whole second floor is for rent with a spacious double bedroom, en-suite and private lounge overlooking the countryside. It’s pretty much a self contained flat up there, so we would only be sharing the kitchen.
I live on a quiet lane in the village of Crockham Hill. The village has fantastic local pub and if you enjoy nature and walking- there are many walks to try out, especially up into the woods.
I live with my cat “Chunk”. He is a friendly British shorthair, which I believe is hypo allergenic.

•The nearest towns are Oxted and Edenbridge. Both with mainland stations that will take you into London in 45 mins.

•Sky TV included. The package includes most channels- Documentaries, Comedy, Sky Sports, TNT Sports all in HD.
