A small but cosy single room furnished with a bed, bed-side cabinet, chair, shelves, set of drawers, desk and wardrobe (all our personal items visible on photo will be removed). Suitable for a very quiet lodger who is away for the day and comes in for sleeping/ resting at an agreed time during weekdays only (no house keys are provided). After an agreed trial period staying at weekends could be discussed. Shared toilet & bathrooms facilities. Due to an orderly person-resident from Ukraine at the property 0-noise after 8pm is required. Ukrainians are also welcome.
