Private landlord looking for a single person for a single bedroom. Please let me know the length of stay you require, details about yourself so I can see if we will get along and your employment status.

House fully furnished with access to shared lounge, dining, kitchen and shower areas. There is also off road car parking available.

Newly updated kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, oven and washer dyer.

Price is inclusive of all bills including electricity, gas, water, council and broadband and i will require 1 month deposit upfront.

5 minutes to town centre and swimming pool/gym.
15 minutes to Dartford train station.
15 minutes to North West Kent College.

I will also require the following:
*Proof of earnings/Employer Details - Bank Slip/Pay Slip
*A reference - Employer or Character Reference or indeed both.
