The room itself is double aspect and airy, letting in good light throughout the day. It has use of a fully automated and well appointed bathroom, with digital taps and mirror conveniently indicating water temperature among other readings.
The flat's open plan living space is tastefully decorated, and elegantly furnished letting in plenty of light, much of it feeding off the high windows and a modest balcony.
The rest of the amenities include, but are not limited to, a washing machine, broadband WiFi, satellite TV, and a large 50" television in the living area. Underground parking is also available.
The location is literally three minutes from Dartford train station. Nearby is the local Co-op, and a gym.
The superb location means the excellent Orchard Theatre is close by, just opposite Dartford Station. The Dartford town centre is a brief seven minute walk away. Close by is a park, many shops, and pubs.

I'm easy going, fairly chatty, and love meeting people. I also tend to respect personal space and privacy.
