I am currently renting a 2-bedroom house and looking for a housemate to occupy the second room. It is an unfurnished double room, with built in wardrobe.
The room will be available from mid September at around £650 a month including all bills.
The new tenant will need to be credit checked and referenced before being added to the tenancy agreement.
There are parking spaces outside the house and down the road, but unfortunately no driveway.
I do have a little chihuahua, so someone who loves dogs is preferred.
