Single room/double bed

If you can see this add it means the room is still available. Box room with a double bed and wardrobe. The room is small and you won’t be able to fit a desk if you keep the set up in the pictures. House has 4 rooms each with one tenant only. We don’t want to overcrowd the house. We have 3 cats so you must like animals, they will not disturb you but occasionally will interact.
We share 2 bathroom and the living room. We must take turns in cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen only. We are smokers so smoking is allowed in your room but not the common areas. House is next to Sainsbury’s so 10 min walk to the station.
Please stop asking for my phone number or give me yours. I can answer any questions you might have on here.
Attention :
-this is not a house for students or boring people.
-If you go to sleep at 9 pm please check for other roommates
-if you work from home we expect you to do it from your bedroom not the living room as that’s a shared space
-definitely you can’t move in your gf/bf later on (previous tenants tried)
-rent is not negotiable
-we are three Romanian people living in this house so it will be best suited to someone of similar background
-we are looking for someone for long term, no one is forced to accept the room so I don’t want people leaving after two months cause they don’t really like the room
