Looking For Flatmate

This is a 2 bedroom flat with large open plan living room with kitchen and balcony on a second floor of a 4 storey building on a nice development The Bridge. There is one allocated parking and available parking on the street which we would have to share as I own a car too. Flat Is about 5 min walk to fast track bus station which is about 10 min ride to Bluewater Shopping Centre and about 10 min to Dartford train station.
At the moment its just me who lives here, so you would have to share flat with me. I am a 37 years old male from Lithuania, I am at work during week days in the first half of the day. I am calm, tidy, and I don't smoke .
I would prefer someone calm and tidy, like me. My first language is Lithuanian and Russian but I speak English too.
