I'm Natalie and I'm a live in landlady who recently moved to Dartford with my little boy and we have a spare room available to rent.
The room available is a deceptively spacious single. Inclusive of good quality and modern furniture. I've chosen a sofa bed so that the occupant can choose to adapt their living space into a lounge/ occasional workspace in the daytime.
Please note the en-suite bathroom which leads off the bedroom is the main (shared) bathroom, however the toilet is separate and off of the upstairs hallway. There is an additional W/C downstairs off the kitchen/ utility area.
There's a large well maintained garden and a drive for two cars, so for those who like outdoor space and drive, this is the ideal set up for you.
The house is a semi detached and is located conveniently off London road yet situated towards the end of the street (a no through road) so very peaceful for those seeking solace.
The occupant must like children as my little boy is friendly and inquisitive. He is in school so won't be around during the day time and is usually is asleep by 8/9 pm.
Ideally I'd prefer a female professional who works mostly out of the home. Alternatively I am considering a live in nanny, therefore rent would be significantly reduced due to your roles and responsibilities.
You must be clean and tidy as I take pride in my home but I'm not obsessive! I'm friendly and respectful and would like the renter to possess the same qualities.
The transport links from Dartford are great so for those who want/ require easy access to London this is a great commuter hotspot!
Would be open to Monday- Friday let at a reduced rent.
