Double Bedroom in a Large Family Home

We have a modern, clean, double bedroom to rent in our family home in Joydens Wood, Dartford.
The double bedroom is furnished with a small double bed (with storage) a double wardrobe with 4 large drawers, a desk, ample sockets with USB adaptors, and lovely wooden blinds overlooking the large quiet rear garden. You will also have access to a bathroom which you will share with our other female lodger.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a park/green next to it and local shops (dry cleaners, launderette, hairdresser, off-license/convenience store, and a popular butchers - only a 5-minute walk away).
The nearest bus stop is a few minutes away and travels to Erith via Bexley village and Bexleyheath. The bus is every 20 minutes takes 10 minutes to get to Bexley Station. You can drive to Bluewater in 15 minutes (with good traffic)
The house is a large 5 bedroom semi-detached with off-street parking; a large garden; 4 double rooms (3 of them currently occupied by myself and my husband and my two teenage children (13 & 16); a large kitchen with utility room; two reception rooms and 3 bathrooms. You would have access to one of the reception rooms, the kitchen, the garden, the downstairs toilet, and a shower room.
My husband and I work full time and the two children are at school/work every day, so if you work from home, it will be nice and quiet.
We also have a small dog (non-allergenic) and a cat who comes and goes as it pleases.
The house is modern, clean, and tidy. We have a cleaner once a fortnight who will clean the kitchen, bathrooms and reception rooms.

This place has truly felt like a home away from home. Louisa and her family are incredibly kind, warm, funny, and lively – they’ve created such a positive atmosphere here. Whether it’s sharing the washing machine or cooking supplies, we’ve always found a way to work around each other like good friends. The neighborhood is also very safe, even at night, and there’s a butcher, off-license, and pharmacy just five minutes away, making it incredibly convenient.

Since moving here I've felt a greater sense of home that is away from home. Almost everything you need is available for your use, and for me that's included an easel for painting, airfryers, a coffee machine, exercise weights and so much more. There's plenty of little bonuses that makes life more convenient as the family is very generous. Everything is also kept really clean and everyone tidys up after themselves.

The house comes alive at dinner time which is nice to enjoy a meal communally. There's also a respect if you need to retreat into your personal space.

Overall a lovely, lively and welcoming environment and would highly recommend.
