Great opportunity (en-suite and/or single room)

We are a Brazilian-Danish family with a calm 14-year-old, offering two rooms in our peaceful residential home.

The first is a spacious master bedroom with its own private shower and toilet (en-suite). The second is a comfortable single bedroom (without en-suite). The house has three bathrooms, ensuring plenty of privacy and creating a comfortable living dynamic for all residents.

We are seeking clean, organized, and respectful tenants who value a quiet environment, with a preference for a minimum stay of six months. The house includes a shared garden with a BBQ area, hammock, and space for growing vegetables, all available for everyone to enjoy. The master bedroom comes with its own fridge and dedicated storage space, while the kitchen is shared.

Our family values privacy but also enjoys occasional friendly conversations. Quiet hours are important to maintain a peaceful home.

The rental is initially available until July, with the option to extend if things go well.
