A newly refurbished and extremely homely and spacious double room is available in March 2026 in a bright spacious house set in a nice location in Dartford. We want to offer our lodger a luxurious and cosy living space so that they can feel like it is their own home, living in a relaxed, welcoming environment. With this view in mind, the room has been newly redecorated and furnished to a nice standard with a brand new bed, built-in wardrobe, a display cabinet, chest of drawers, a sofa, dining table and a TV.

We have invested a lot of time and attention to this house, making it a superbly soothing, modern and relaxing home, the perfect haven to relax back to after a hard day's work. It will be in a house share with myself, my husband and our polite and well mannered 16 year old son. We are an extremely easy going, friendly and considerate family who respects our lodger's privacy but at the same time will make them feel very welcome. The property has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets which means we have plenty of space to welcome a lodger. You will enjoy sole usage of a large bathroom. Off street parking is also available on the large front drive.

Located close to all amenities, shops including grocery store, Kebab shop, fish and chips shop, Indian and Chinese Takeaways, 2 local pubs, an off licence and hairdressers are only a few minutes walk away. Dartford Train Station and Town Centre is a 5 minutes bus ride away and Bluewater shopping centre is a short 10 minutes drive. Easy access to the A2 and M25.

The rent includes all bills and wifi usage. Please note this room is for single occupancy only, we are looking for ideally a FEMALE working professional who is personable, and easy going. NO COUPLES OR PET PLEASE. As you can appreciate this is our family home so no visitors please.
