First about me then your double room.

I have had 2 flatmates in last 8 years, both lived over 3 years.

I am looking again for a relaxed, chilled professional.

I am kind, caring and not fussy - I believe in being helpful towards everyone.

I am a professional and this means orderly life, I dont want to be your boss or landlord, frankly I am looking for someone who is grown up adult, takes care of himself and his room, there is no need to be robotic, be yourself, you will have your own room and your own bath room.

I am happy, chappy and busy, I do cook, I love cooking - No wild parties allowed, its only a flat but youre welcome to invite your partners over the weekend, etc.

You may smoke in the lounge and kitchen, no where else.

The flat is very decently furnished, there’s ample parking space.

I just want you to have a relaxed time when you get back after work, life can be hard, but home shouldn't be any part of it.

I am up for watching movies, board games, cooking together, local pub etc as and when possible.

Just no wild partying, or loudness. I am known to be very decent and kind as a person - frankly if youre not please dont bother as I dont want nuisance.

There is no "SKY" in my flat, never needed it. Broadband is unlimited so you can stream whatever you want on your devices.
