Private room in family home

We are a Brazilian-Danish family with a calm 14-year-old, offering two rooms in our peaceful residential home in Stone, Dartford.

The first room is a spacious master bedroom on the top floor, fully furnished with a king-size bed with storage, a private en-suite bathroom that includes a wall-sized mirror, heated towel rails, and a fridge. The second is a comfortable single bedroom (without en-suite) on the first floor, with access to a family bathroom featuring a bathtub, wall-sized mirror, and heated towel rails.

The house has three bathrooms in total, ensuring plenty of privacy and a comfortable living dynamic. The communal areas include a shared kitchen, and a lovely garden with a BBQ area, hammock, and space for growing vegetables. There is ample parking space. The house is newly built, in great condition, and conveniently located 20 minutes’ walk from Dartford town centre and station, with nearby amenities and easy access to Bluewater and Lakeside shopping centers. We're also just 2 minutes away from Dartford Crossing.

We are seeking clean, organized, and respectful tenants who value a quiet environment, with a preference for a stay of at least six months. Quiet hours are important to maintaining a peaceful household, but we also enjoy occasional friendly conversations. This is a family home, and respect and care are highly valued.

References are essential, and we can only accept tenants with UK residency.
