It has its own bathroom. The apartment has an open plan kitchen including all amenities and the lounge opens onto a balcony with views of the QE2 bridge.
It is located in a fantastic development located in a quiet new build community. It is served by a free Fastrack buses which goes to Bluewater shopping centre and takes approximately 10 minutes to Dartford town centre and Dartford Station. Dartford station to London Bridge is about 30 minutes.
The community offers a quiet, safe and clean retreat away from the busy and noisy London traffic. We have a local shop, pub and pharmacy within 10mins walk. The flat is near a lake, the Thames and vast green land.

I am chilled out and sociable and want a housemate who is friendly, reliable and will keep the flat clean and tidy.
