Room at 'The Bridge', Dartford

The available room opens to a balcony and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
The spare room has its own bathroom. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, it is my home so is fully equipped, the lounge opens onto a balcony.
All bills included.

It is located in a development located in a quiet community. It is served by a Fastrack bus which goes to Bluewater shopping centre and Dartford town centre (and Dartford train station). Dartford station to London Bridge is about 30 minutes.

The community offers a quiet, safe and clean retreat away from the busy and noisy London traffic. We have a local shop, pub and pharmacy within 10mins walk. The flat is near a lake, the Thames and vast green land.

I am chilled out and sociable and want a housemate who is friendly, reliable and will keep the flat clean and tidy.

I'm pretty open about who you are and how long you want to stay. I will consider full term lets too (price will need to be negotiated). I'm unsure of my plans in the new year and might be away travelling quite a bit, even if not, I am out a fair bit.
