3 Month Short Term Let Of The Entire Flat

Hi there,

I am renting out my entire flat for a period of 3 months while its being sold.

It has two bedrooms, however only one of the bedrooms has a double bed in it. A single bed can be provided for the second room if required.

The flat also has a 3 seater sofa, 42 inch TV, fully equipped kitchen and large mirrored wardrobes. The flat also comes with private parking in front of the flat.

1 months rent payment and 1 month bond are required upfront. References/proof of ID/bank statements etc will also be required.

A lease agreement and deposit protection will be provided to you for a period of 3 months.

I am looking for a full time employed individual or a couple.
