Room For Rent

We have a large double room to rent in our family house for a single person. All bills are included with the exception of sky q if required,
We live in a large terraced house, within 5 minutes from the beach & town also 5 minutes from the train station.
We are looking for a full time professional working person .
Must be trustworthy .
we are used to having lodgers.
Unfortunately there is no off-road parking.
There is a utility room for washing. High speed internet, also a outside room,
Large kitchen & shower room
The house is to a high standard & is well looked after .
