There are two bathroom at my property so even though the bathroom is not for your sole use you will have it to yourself most of the time.

Friends and house mates always enjoy staying in my cosy comfortable home.
I have sunny garden to sit it and plenty of parking if you have a car.
Deal town centre the station and the beach are around 15 minutes walk from my home.
I work from home so I am ideally looking for either a professional person who preferably goes out to work or someone who can be flexible around clients visiting my home in the daytime.
