Description
We have a comfortable double room for rent with a single bed in a family home.
Deal station and Deal town is a 15-20min walk. There is free street parking.
The room is well furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk/table and chair. It also has a fridge and microwave. The room is quiet and separate from the home, located at the bottom of the garden next to our office. Toilet facilities are in the main house.
You will need to provide your own duvet and pillows.
All bills are included.
A single, independent, working person is preferred - there is no shared lounge.
References please as we are a family home. £400 refundable deposit is required and a Lodger Agreement.
We are a fragrance free household.
If you like to wear cologne/perfume/fragranced body spray this will need to be applied after you leave the house please.
Non smokers only and no overnight guests.
