The house is two doors down from the gallery and opposite the park. This place boasts loads of natural light, sun trap garden and 4 minutes walk to Deal train station (80 minutes to KINGSX), 3 minutes to Sainsbury’s and the seafront is just 3 minutes away.
The house has: fully stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, Sage Barista Pro Bean to Cup coffee machine, record player / Hi-fi, 4K TV, shower/ bath, garden with table/chairs and use of BBQ, 500mbps full fibre with strong WiFi, quiet neighbours.
You will have the house all to yourself during the weekdays (8-6) as I’m out at work.
The right flatmate for me is someone who is considerate and has lived in a house share before and gets it.
About me:
I’m easy going, into fitness/outdoor pursuits and try to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. I cook from scratch most days and get out running along the seafront - seeing Deal pals on the weekend. I like music and enjoy collecting records.
