2 bedrooms in quiet house with garden.

Hello!
I’m thinking of renting out 2 of the upstairs bedrooms 🛌 in my house.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 upstairs and my bedroom downstairs.
The house is fully furnished and has super fast wifi! ⚡️

I live in a quiet art deco cul-de-sac close to Deal train station. 🚉

There is 1 bathroom (with bath and shower) and 1 outdoor toilet and a kitchen and dining/living room and garden, plus a sound proof studio in the back garden. 🪴

I would be willing to consider anyone and any age and maybe pets too, but the most important thing for me is that whoever it is, they must be a kind, respectful, clean, trustworthy, responsible and tidy person who enjoys living in a peaceful, well maintained environment.
