I’m renting out a spacious double bedroom with a super king bed, fully furnished with a side tables and desk.

You’ll have exclusive access to a bathroom, which includes a toilet and shower cubicle.

Also usage of a utility room with plenty of cupboard space and washing facilities

All bills are included. This lovely period home offers shared access to the kitchen, garden with your own exclusive bathroom.

The utility room will exclusively be yours, it will only be shared with us when we need to use the washing machine and fridge.

I have two very small, adorable dogs who are very loving (picture attached). They’re always by my side and will happily stay with me and they won’t be allowed into your room.

I work from home four days a week, so the dogs will be with me most of the time. I’m in the office once a week, so the dogs will be out of the house during that time.

There’s a bus stop across the road, and you’ll also have easy access to Aylesford, East or West Malling train station.
