I’m renting out a spacious double bedroom with a super king bed, fully furnished with a side tables and desk.

You’ll have exclusive access a bathroom, which includes a toilet and shower cubicle.

Also usage of a utility room with plenty of cupboard space and washing facilities

All bills are included. This lovely period home offers shared access to the living room, kitchen, utility room (with a washing machine, dishwasher, and prep area), and garden.

I have two very small, adorable dogs who are very loving (picture attached). They’re always by my side and will happily stay with me, but they won’t be allowed into your room.

I work from home four days a week, so the dogs will be with me most of the time. I’m in the office once a week, so the dogs will be out of the house during that time.

There’s a bus stop across the road, and you’ll also have easy access to Aylesford or West Malling train station.

Please note that the house will be up for sale in 12 months time. If you’re a lodger, you’re more than welcome to stay through the house selling period, as it can take some time.

There’s also an option to include the current office in the package for an extra £50 a month. This gives you your own living area, as the current office, bedroom, and bathroom are all on one level of the house.
