Single room available in our 4 bedroom house in Ditton's pretty conservation area. Good transport links, easy walk to East Malling Station and local bus stops. Close to Junction 4/5 of the M20. Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, Sainsburys and a local post office/convenience store are nearby. West Malling and Maidstone are in easy reach.

Room is fully furnished with single bed, large desk with office chair and shelving, wardrobe and under-bed storage.

Shared access to family bathroom with power-shower, downstairs loo, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, living room with smart TV, dining room and pretty gardens, front and back. It's a beautiful setting with plenty of green space and wild-life.

The landlord lives abroad but visits regularly. The other resident is a professional scientist who works full-time. Utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi included.

A cleaner and gardener visit once per month (included). You are welcome to do any gardening if have green fingers!
