Double room in heart of Dover with cleaner

Well presented large double room for a single occupant with semi shared bathroom. The room is on the top floor of a 3 story Victorian house so very quiet. In the heart of Dover a short 10min walk to Dover Priory station and stone throw away from the high street for shops and short walk to leisure facilities including the beach and marina. Room has castle and sea views. Free parking is available on the hill. It would mostly just be me, my little family and little dog who you would hardly know are there. On alternate weekends my partners kids come to stay. My partner works for the NHS and I in HR, both in bluelight services, so we would like to share with a clean, respectful professional. The room has a shower room next to it which would mostly be just for you to use. The room is fully furnished and is being newly decorated ready for the new lodger. Rent includes a cleaner.
