Room Dover seafront

The room in the pictures is NOT the room available, I do not have up to date pictures of this room. It is a large double room with the sea view on the top floor.
There is one double room available at £520pm including all bills. We are located next to dover ferry port.
Within a large 30 bedroom shared house. Shared kitchen and laundry.

The room will be vacated at the end of April, it will have a refresh (paint and works done) before being ready for viewings and move in start of May.
We run the property as a home, because that's what it is.
So we expect everyone to be respectful of others.
We require a landlords reference, proof of income and a copy of passport to pass all legal checks.
