This is an old listed building in Dover Town, castle street.
This is an eight bedroom house, with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. This is in the basement with its own front door. The double room includes an ensuite and a kitchenette.
The monthly rent price is inclusive of all bills.
I am looking for an individual respectful of the old building and of others living there.
To consider universal credit, a guarantor would be required and a direct rent payment set up. Right to rent checks are required also.
