This is an old listed building in Dover Town. Opposite is a fish and chip shop, and a newsagents.
This is a four bedroom house, with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. There are multiple flights of stairs from the front door to the rooms.
I have a large double room available, furnished.
The monthly rent price is inclusive of all bills.
I am looking for an individual respectful of the old building and of others living there.
To consider universal credit, a guarantor would be required and a direct rent payment set up. Right to rent checks are required also.
