This is an old listed building in Dover Town, castle street.
This is an eight bedroom house, with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. I have 2 rooms available, both with an en suite. One room is on the top floor, and one is in the basement with its own front door. Picture shows the room as still occupied, it will be cleaned and painted before new tenancy.
The monthly rent price is inclusive of all bills.
I am looking for an individual respectful of the old building and of others living there.
To consider universal credit, a guarantor would be required and a direct rent payment set up. Right to rent checks are required also.
