We live in a large Edwardian house which has a more modern - self contained annexe attached at the back of the property. The double bedroom on offer is one out of two. We are not planning to let out the other room as we would like to keep it to house family and friends when they visit us.

The lounge, kitchen and bathroom within the annexe are actually not used much by us, so most of the time you will have the annexe to yourself.
We mainly use it for access to the garden.
