The existing Tenant you will be moving in with is a female,
who is a friendly and positive person, really easy to get along with and she is hoping to find someone on the same wave-length who is hoping to settle into a place longer-term.
I myself am just helping out with the add on my account -

I’m looking for a lodger, I have always had long-term lets so no short-term applicants please. At least 6months + preferred.
I'm a friendly and positive person, working 4/5 days a week in the evenings. im really easy to get along with and hope to find someone on the same wave-length who is hoping to settle into a place longer-term.

I am very clean and organised and would expect anyone living with me to be the same, and clean up after themselves as they go!

its a 2 bedroom house, we will have a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (pictures coming soon) we
also a lovely sized garden with a table and chairs outside.

The bedroom comes with the bed, mattress, 1 chests of drawers, 1 bedside table/drawers, a lamp and a large clothes rail. I will update the picture asap!
Once moved in, you can feel free to add what you like to make it your own :)

I am happy for you to put a desk and chair in your room if you want to, to be able work from home a day or two a week, but a full time working from home schedule i cant allow unfortunately.

Its a bright & homely house located Aycliffe, Dover. The property is in wonderful condition throughout and the accommodation boasts a spacious furnished lounge, generous size kitchen, two double bedrooms and a modern fitted bathroom. Additional benefits include a sunny rear garden that was landscaped recently.

Area Information
Located within a short five minute walk to the beach and easy reach of the centre of Dover and newly opened St James' Retail Park. The property is on the main bus route and the nearby mainline railway station provides quick access to London St Pancras International via HS1 and lines connecting to Kent towns. The port & the iconic White Cliffs are only a short drive away, so is the medieval castle and the North Downs Way national walk.

The contract will be a lodger agreement, you will pay rent to me and the rent includes all bills, council tax etc.

Room will be available from the 1st of November onwards -
