A very comfortable Room with a view in River

A double room with a king-sized bed and high quality bedding with a countryside view in River. Our house is bright and airy with big picture windows and lots of natural light. We have two lounges, one with a log burner . A big open kitchen dining room with two separate fridge freezers , down stairs cloak room , family bathroom ( for your use ) with a bath and shower. We have a beautiful garden which gets plenty of sun in the brighter months . We have sauna in the garden for all of us to use. There is a hot tub which can be used ( at an extra charge ).Plenty of parking is on the road opposite we also have a driveway. There is a garage if needed for storage . There is a bus stop right outside of the house . Anyone one fit and able bodied can walk into Dover , to the co op , new nisa shop and pharmacy in the village. The house is elevated therefore has great views but there are quite a few steps up to the house . There are a couple of nice country pubs nearby . The house is in good order. We have three small dogs who are very friendly. My husband and I own the property we live here but tend to go away a lot with our campervan and dogs . Our 22 year old son also lives at the property. My husband and I have our own ensuite shower room and toilet. There is a lovely big bathroom with seperate shower directly opposite the room which may be shared with other people living here . I am offering another room for rent in my house and will be looking for lodgers that compliment each other. This room is on the first floor as is our room and another bedroom next door ( which is the afore mentioned room also up for rent ) We are a happy household and respect each others space . No loud music after 11pm please. Our house is full of crystals . We meditate, practice yoga either in the lounge or in the garden in the summer .
