Furnished double room available for rent for 1 person in a 3 bed house (with off Street parking and little garden ) sharing with a family of 4 from Lithuania. We are tidy friendly family with 2 kids of nearly 6 and nearly 9 y old. We are 40 and 43y old . We speak English and Lithuanian. We don’t smoke and no parties in the house . We are trying to have a healthy life style . The bus 15 going to Canterbury every 20min is just a cross the Street , also bus stop to town is few minutes walking and co Opperative and offlicense with post office is few minutes walking distance .
