Short Term Let in Modern Flat Near Town Centre

I have a neat, clean, warm, modern flat in a quiet, attractive residential area of town within two minutes walking distance of the town centre shops and buses and ten minutes walk to the sea front in Dover.

I have a spare room which I am happy to rent out with full use of the rest of the flat. Rent includes electricity and gas use of washing machine and dishwasher and broadband usage. The kitchen and bathroom are new and modern. The bedroom is freshly decorated. There is a T. V. in the living room. There is parking in the communal car park.

I work during the week in Canterbury. The important thing is that someone is easy-going and happy to share.
