Double Room and Share Facilities

This room is not available until beginning of November. I have a lovely double room which I would like to rent to the right Lady. Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawer chests, mirror, TV/DVD. There is an 18ft kitchen/breakfast room, washing machine, and access to Broadband. This would suit someone who wants a laid back quiet life or somewhere to act as a base if working away from home. I also let to short term foreign students on uni work experience and internships. The house is occupied by myself and my husband and 2 cats and is clean, cosy and comfortable. Bus stop directly opposite the house or a short walk into the town. Bus stop just down the road which is on main route to Canterbury which is about 25 minutes. I will also consider Monday to Friday lets and will recalculate rent to account for weekends away.
