Hi future Housemate,

We are a professional working couple looking for a reliable, nice energy flatmate. Viewings welcomed Monday to Friday 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm and Weekends from 2 to 8 pm.

Please DO respond to this ad:

a. If you are looking for warm, clean, double room in Dunton Green with easy access to a train station. (7 mins from Dunton Green Rail Station). From here you can get to London Bridge (40 min), Cannon Street or places around the area like Orpington, Sevenoaks, etc.

b. If your budget can meet the £600/month required. All bills inclusive and £300 deposit for two weeks and you want to stay over 6 months.

c. The room has a bed and a spacious wardrobe. Please see the pictures. Is on the second floor. The house has nice common areas and is pretty well illuminated. A great sofa, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, dining table a WC and a bathroom.

d. If you need private parking. We have one space which is not in use, so you are welcome to have it.

e. If you are tired of dirty housemates which don’t care about the house cleanliness: we like a nice, clean and organised home. We will ask you to clean as you go and we would normally would take turns to take the rubbish out and clean the bathrooms, kitchen, etc. - There is no a formal rota but if you wish for one to exists we can make one.

f. If you are tired of flatmates which do not respect your space: here, if you want to have a quiet place to enjoy your sleep you will do. We are very understanding and we will do our best for you to enjoy the house.

g. If you are looking for more than a room, you are looking for a home-feel-like space.

h. We are looking for person ideally between 25 to 40 year old to live with us as it would go with our age range. However, this is not critical. We, above all, want a reliable, nice energy flatmate we can share the space on a daily basis.

i. We will ask you to provide the references from your last landlord for our due diligence, we in exchange can provide reference of our last tenant so you can get to know us.

j. You can demonstrate that you are in the country legally (visa, Passport, etc.).

Smoker, DDS, on benefits, don’t have enough money for your first rent or deposit, have pets (it is a shame and we love them but we cannot have them), if you are looking to stay less than 6 months.
