I have a lovely home, 3 min walk from Maidstone hospital with a room spare to rent out.

Looking for someone who will love my home as much as I do.

There is a TV & wardrobe in your room with a private bathroom. (A shower mixer fitted since the picture was taken).

There is a shared kitchen, living room, dining table and garden.
Living room TV is freeview.

The garden is a cute size and I have a gardener to take care of it.
There's a shed that can fit up to 3 bikes in it.

Current housemates:
a lovely, easy going and kind couple, who are out most days of the week, chill in the house in the evenings, up for little chats, but no pressure to socialise.
(They have their own en-suite, so the bathroom would be for yourself).

Amenities near by:
Maidstone centre is 10 min drive/cycle away & Tesco express 15 min walk away.

Things to do near by:
A beautiful cycle along the river is 40 mins round trip from my house.
Climbing wall 10 min cycle away.
Lots of woods to go mountain biking a short drive away.

Barming station 1.4miles
Maidstone West 1.5miles
Maidstone East station 1.8miles

1hr trains into Victoria station.
