Property in walking distance from Barming train station (10 - 15 minute walk) and several bus stops. There are local shops near by.

I am a female living with a cat. I work from home 3 days a week. Therefore I am looking for someone who works outside of the home.

I will need employment references before you move in, plus the deposit. First months to be paid on day of arrival.
