A lovely bright and spacious 2 bed flat - 1 double room available to rent. There are two bathrooms in the flat.

I am a live in landlord.

I am looking for a flatmate who is a working professional (who doesn’t work from home) and who is clean, tidy and respectful.

No guests allowed.

The flat is located near a Tesco Extra and near bus/train links. It is next to the hospital - 5 min walk.

There is plenty of parking too.

Internet bill will need to be shared and that will need to be paid on top of rent along with electricity.
