MINIMUM 2 WEEK STAY. £165 per week, or £690 per calendar month. All bedding and towels supplied. Broadband, bills and fortnightly cleaning are included. Not suitable for hybrid, shift or home workers.

Situated in a quiet professional area within walking distance of Maidstone Hospital (free bus for hospital staff to Tunbridge Wells), the house is modern and well presented inside and well equipped with all mod cons. The surrounding area has green spaces, convenience stores and public transport direct into the town centre.

There are 2 house trained mini lop rabbits which are confined to the ground floor, so prospective applicants must be animal friendly.

There is only one occupant in this 3 bedroomed property, so this is not a house of multiple occupancy, and the third bedroom will not be let out.

This is a quiet household where privacy is respected.
