The property is set back from the main road so it is peaceful, private and there is parking available. The house offers a shared kitchen, front room, downstairs toilet , an upstairs bathroom and a garden. All bills and council tax are included. Broadband is provided as well as Sky TV.

Local amenities include shops, take away outlets and friendly local pubs.

The closest train station is Barming (approx 2 mins in the car) with Maidstone town centre only 5 mins drive away. Alternatively, there is a bus stop at the end of the road which offers a regular service.

You will be sharing with me as a live-in landlady. I enjoy a full social life and have many interests. I am tidy and easy going with a good sense of humour. I have a cat called Minxie who is a friendly member of the household.
