Thanks for checking out our listing. Please take a look through the photos and the video we have of the house. It's a lovely house and we are looking for someone who will respect the house and look after it as much as we do.

We have a couple of room options available for you to rent from us, both of which can be seen in the video. As you go up the stairs the first room on your right is the larger en suite bedroom. The next room over is the smaller bedroom, with a shared bathroom. Which the video does also go into.

We are really looking for someone that we will get on well with, so that we can enjoy living with you (and vice versa) rather than it being a chore.

It's a short 20 minute walk to the nearest train station (East Farleigh station). There is also space on the drive for parking.

Also a 20 minute walk away is the river Medway, which gives not only great links but lovely peaceful walks very close to the house. If walking into town we'd recommend using the river, since it's a much nicer walk rather than the shortest route, and takes about 40-50 minutes.

What can you expect from us/the household?
We like a relaxed environment, we like to enjoy ourselves and have people over from time to time, but you're much more likely to find us playing pool or board games than blasting loud music and drinking all night. All we ask is that everyone respects and looks out for each other while enjoying themselves and the great house.
