I am looking for a person that has employment.
There is plenty of off road parking at the house and we are in a non permit area.
Also parking available on the drive.
The house is in a very quiet village with Free parking .
WI-Fi.
The garden and house are maintained and looked after very well. This is the big bonus for living in a family home, owner / live in landlady.
There are 3 Gastro Pubs "The Bull", "The Walnut tree" and The Horseshoes".
Local shops nearby are Tescos and Lidls.
There are lots of lovely walks out in the countryside on the doorstep and 5 min walk to the river for paddle boarding/kayaking and hikes.
Use of pel
You can enjoy town centre shopping by hopping on the train at East Farleigh. It's only five minutes to Maidstone East.
