Nice room ovelooking garden..Queen size bed,

Double room, but only small double bed available. comfy chair, fold out table and chair. chest of drawers, built in cupboard, bedside unit. large window overlooking garden. shared kitchen facilities, for example, Gas cooker, toaster, microwave, etc. plus cutlery and crockery etc. some bedding available. locally there is post office, shops, supermarkets, train station, and buses, and library, leisure center, parks.
I am after someone that is working full or part time, during the day preferably. I want someone that is clean and tidy, and respectful of other peoples space. The rooms do come with locks, for your own personal use. gives you security to feel yourself and belongings are safe, but i do have access rooms if need be. I work part time, So i am around a lot during the day and at weekends. Parking unfortunately is on the road, it can be busy, but we have a free carpark very nearby But my lodger at present always seem to be able to park okay. I have a bathroom, and power shower. and toilet upstairs, and have a downstairs toilet. There is a nice garden which you are welcome to use, in the better weather. It has just been relandscaped, and fenced to give it more security and privacy. There is no television available, so you would have to supply your own
I would expect you to recycle as much as you can, as i do. Plastic, tins, glass, and paper and card, to be seperated in relevant bins.
I want a non smoker, and drugs definitely not allowed at all on premises or garden.. All Bills are included in rent, but any Abnormal increase in bills, will be shared extra with all ,or relevant house mates. (present times with increase in energy bills etc, I want some one that isnt going to leave electrical items on standby.)
some things are negotiatable, so please do not be scared to ask, ie.. deposit, mon-fri renting etc.
There is a rota, to clean shared area once a week.(just one area)
