Hi I have a large double bedroom with built in wardrobe and double aspect windows available. The room maybe available during September by negotiation. Pets would be considered.

The house is located next to a popular country pub on a stream in a nice quiet location with shops 3/4 of a mile away.

I travel a lot so you would have the property to yourself for the bulk of the time.

The house has large open plan living room, kitchen & dining area. There is a gardener every two weeks to cut the grass and do weeding.

The house is located next to a bus stop for Tonbridge or a 10 min walk to the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells bus stop or a 10 minute car drive to two main line train stations for London.
