Double Room Bills Included

Hi we are a couple M26 & F26 who have a spare double room in our 3 bed home. We have a driveway with space for 1 extra car. A back garden which the room faces as seen in the photos. The room comes with a wardrobe, bed and mattress, TV and lamps and a grey storage shelf. Our house is behind a trainline where a train will pass every hour or so.

We are a 13 minute walk to Edenbridge Town station where you can get a direct train to London Bridge.

Shared living room, bathroom, kitchen, garden and conservatory.

Bills are included in the Rent but you will need to buy your own food.

Looking for a professional single or couple, male or female between the ages of 22- 38 no pets, no smokers.

BTW we have a pet hamster in the living room and occasionally have a small dog that visits.

Interest Hobbies: Cars, Airsoft, concerts, movie nights, board games, gaming (Xbox), crafts.
