Room is furnished but can be unfurnished if you would rather have your own stuff
Living room/kitchen shared but you get full use of the bathroom, as my room has en suite.

Bills not included so would have to split council tax, energy, water and wifi

1 min walk to edenbridge train station which has links to london within 50 mins or to tonbridge/tunbridge wells 30-40 mins. Flat has dedicated parking plus a visitor pass so no trouble parking outside.

Im a 26 year old professional male, stayed here for over 3 years as i work at a nearby airport. I work long hours so often not in the flat in the days and like to keep myself to myself, but happy to socialise if someone likes that.
