Modern warm country house situated in a hamlet

My home is a warm well equipped house with a pretty garden. There is a large kitchen breakfast room, sitting room with a log burner, study, utility room, and three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The garden is small but very pretty with a few different seating areas! It is a quiet hamlet. Parking is on my drive which can take up to 5 cars. The room that is for rent is the opposite end of the house from my room and has a small shower room en-suite. I have three small non moulting dogs!
