We have a rescue cat so its very important that the Lodger is Cat friendly

We both work so we are up and about around 6.00am. We normally go to Bed around 11.00pm

The House is generally clean and tidy and we would expect our Lodger to be the same.

Neither of us smoke we would only entertain a Non Smoker absolutely no exceptions
