The house and rooms are refurbished to a high standard, very good quality thick pile carpet and with brand new furniture in each room (double bed, chest of draws, mirrored double wardrobe, bedside cabinet). Gas central heating system, double glaze windows with Venetian blinds and new modern electrical rewire with spot lights, chrome sockets threw out the house. The house has two shower rooms, both with toilets and basins.

Brand new fully equipped kitchen. All cooking utensils, microwave, large freestanding fridge, chest freezer, iron and hoover.

Included in the rent is fibre optic broadband.

The house is close to the main bus route, train station, local convenience store, Asda Supermarket, local take always all within walking distance.

These rooms are strictly for mature house mates.

Smoking outside only (if you smoke anything apart from cigarettes else these rooms won’t suit you)
