I have 2 fully furnished double bedrooms available for rent immediately in Erith!

The first is a spacious garden-facing room which has a double bed with built-in storage, a dresser, a mirrored wardrobe, and a TV. The rent for this room is £550 a month.

The second is a lovely room with a double bed with built-in storage, a dresser, and a large built in wardrobe. The rent for this room is £500

You can opt-out of using any of the provided furniture if you wish, but it's sitting available if you want it. In the house, there are 1 and a half bathrooms which would be shared between myself, my other tenant/housemate, and you or you, a friend and myself! There is also a living room, kitchen, off-street parking, and expansive garden to be shared. The house itself is a 5-minute walk from the Slade Green train station and around a minute's walk to several bus stops, a convenience store, a sports court, and the local library.

The rent for each room includes both rent and utilities.

A bit about me: I currently a student but I also work part time. I love to explore, go out for dinners and drinks and socialize when I can but when I'm home, I spend most of my time listening to music, catching up on TV, or cooking.
